Abandoned Dog Rescue Uncovers Another Soul In Need

Hope For Paws, an animal rescue group in Los Angeles, received a call about a stray dog in need and quickly set out to help.

On their way, they stumbled upon a tiny kitten lying under a car.

Katie McKittrick from Hope For Paws hurried to check on the kitten to see if it was still alive. Thankfully, it was!

She gently picked up the kitten and carried it to their car.

With Fren, the kitten, safely in their care, they continued their mission to find the reported stray dog. Upon arrival, they found that a kind mechanic had secured the dog, preventing her from wandering off.

The stray dog, later named Templeton, was in rough shape. She had bald patches and looked malnourished.

Despite her condition, she quickly trusted the rescuers, realizing they were there to help.

Safe, Treated And Ready For Adoption

Both Templeton and Fren were taken back to the shelter, where they were bathed and given medical attention.

Fren had respiratory issues and needed a nasopharyngeal polyp removed to help her breathe better. After a thorough recovery, she felt much better.

With help from The Animal Rescue Mission in Los Angeles, Templeton soon found a loving forever home.

Fren, who needed more time to recover at the shelter, is now healthy and ready to find a family that will cherish her.
