Gas Station Owner Spotted Something By The Tires And Couldn’t Believe What It Was

Despite all that, Cooper leaned into her touch. He even gave her a little kiss, as if to say thank you.

She carefully picked him up and promised that he would never be hurt again.

Starting To Heal

Wrapped in loving arms, Cooper finally felt safe. He was given food, which he devoured happily, wagging his tail the whole time.

The rescue team took him to the vet, where he received treatment for his skin and other health issues.
