His appearance was heartbreaking. Most of his fur had fallen out, leaving his fragile body exposed, and he couldn’t stop scratching himself.
Malnourished and weak, it was clear he had been struggling for a long time.
When she approached him, the little pup showed no fear. Instead, he welcomed her presence, as if he knew she was his only hope.
