Stray Dog Left In Abandoned House Begs Passersby For Help
A mother, whether animal or human, will do anything to protect her young.
This is exactly what Mama Wild did, going to great lengths to ensure her unborn puppies were safe from a potential terrible fate.
Rescued From Terrible Living Conditions
Two dogs were abandoned near an old, deserted house. Their only goal was to escape. One of the dogs, desperate to leave, sought help from nearby people.

Seeing the dogs’ distress, kind-hearted people acted quickly. They took both dogs to a veterinarian clinic for immediate care.

There, they discovered why the female dog was so anxious to leave – she was pregnant.
A Safe Haven With Her Pups
The pregnant dog, now called Mama Wild, was moved to a foster home with the help of the Animal Pad organization.
In her foster home, she found comfort and safety, thanks to her foster mom, Lauren Botticelli.
Lauren noticed Mama Wild’s gentle nature during her stay in foster care.
“I felt sadness. But ultimately I felt really grateful that these puppies wouldn’t be born on the street.” Lauren told The Dodo.

Not long after settling in, Mama Wild gave birth to two adorable baby girls. She devoted herself to caring for her puppies, showering them with love.
Even though the puppies are tiny now, they will soon be ready for adoption into loving families. There is no doubt that they will find good homes because of their sweetness and charm.
