Palmer is a small Chihuahua mix, just two years old and full of love. Because he had lived in a home before, he already knew how to behave.
He was friendly, polite, and loved being around people—especially kids.

“Palmer is a 2 year old, 13 lb Chihuahua mix who is very well mannered around the house, dog and kiddo friendly, and loves everyone he meets,” the rescue shared.
He didn’t let losing his home change his sweet nature.
Even after everything, Palmer still loved meeting new people and making new friends. He also loved going on little adventures, always eager and cheerful with every walk.
